How will I receive my test results?
You can your digitally signed test reports via Email, WhatsApp or hard copies by visiting the lab in person.
How long does it take to get my test results?
The turnaround time of test results generally varies depending upon the type of the test. Ideally, the report is generated on the same day within 3-24 hours. However, some test results takes more time to get processed & you can definitely ask about the turnaround time while booking the test from the lab.
Are your Lab technicians properly trained?
Our phlebotomists are properly trained & have minimum 2+ years of blood collection experience. We follow all the safety & hygiene measures required for blood sample collection.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods – cash, UPI, GPay, PayTM, PhonePe etc.
Which tests commonly require fasting?
There are few tests which require fasting like Thyroid, Fasting Blood Sugar, Lipid Profile, Insulin, USG, etc. Do check with us once before booking an appointment.
